World War 2 was the first period we chose when we began wargaming because of it's interesting position as the first real modern war,
with the forebears of many weapons today debuting on the battlefields of WW2.
We especially like the infantry skirmishing aspect where armor plays a supporting role, with
larger scales- like 20-25mm. The ruleset we use is the excellent Battleground: WW2 by Easy Eights, although
we are in the progress of creating a new ruleset for the period.
