Materials:
Option A:Blue/Green Cellophane, thin card, glue (medium)
Option B: Filler, green+blue+brown paints, cardboard (hard)
Option C: Blue felt (easy)

(Option A) 1. Start by cutting out of card the shape you want for your river/pond/whatever.
2. Cut the same shapes out of green and blue cellophane
3. Glue first the green, then the blue onto the card


(Option B) 1. Start by cutting out of cardboard the shape you want for your river/pond/whatever.
2. Lay some filler along the sides of the base and sculpt it into banks (don't make it too high).
3. Spray the banks brown, and then green. Flock or add weeds cut from lengths of natural rope.
4. Paint the river blue-green with swirls of dark blue. Add thick layers of white glue for shiny look.


(Option C) 1. Simply cut lengths of blue felt to represent rivers.
