Nova Cat Prime- The Nova Cat is great to have in your lance, and a formidable opponent The Primary config carries 2 ER PPCs and 3 ER large lasers. These weapons are Clan of course, so at any range it can deal out massive damage. With 25 double heat sinks, it can dissipate some of the heat its enrgy weapons create, but not all. Avoid alpha striking. The Nova Cat's armor is very good, but it's speed somewhat lacking for a 70 tonner. Use the NC Prime for what it's designed for- all range, all weather destruction.

Nova Cat A- An extremely dangerous variation- Jump Jets and 4 ER Large Lasers, plus a targeting comp to compensate the loss in accuracy with all the jumping you'll be doing.

Nova Cat B- Purely fire support, with 6 LRM-15s and 2 ER meds for backup.

Nova Cat C- Armed with an Ultra 5 and LB-x 5, along with 2 Large pulse lasers, I feel this config's performance is lackluster. Give me one of the above variants any day.
